Avalon Ballard LLC has purchased the 1.15-acre bowling alley building and parking lot for $13.2 million from Sunset Bowling and Recreation. Like most development around Ballard, the site will probably be developed into condos and mixed retail and professional office spaces. Sunset Bowl was built in 1956.
